PRESENT: , P. J., SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on November 29, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Aaron Willey sworn to March 21, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the dismissal of the appeal from the order entered November 29, 2012, is vacated on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 16, 2014.
