On September 5, 2023, docket entry 30, the parties filed a Joint Status Report in this case. There are two other docketed cases which are related to this case and involve the taxable year 2013, the case at Docket No. 21751-16; and the taxable years 2012-2013, the case at Docket No. 21752-16.
The Joint Status Report indicates that the parties have reached an agreement resolving this case as well as the related cases. The preparation of the documents necessary to finalize settlement is nearly complete and the parties expect to be able to submit a stipulated decision in this matter within ninety (90) days.
ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
