By Order issued April 15, 2022, petitioners were directed to pay the filing fee or submit an application for waiver of the fee. On February 17, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. As of the date of this Order, the fee remains unpaid.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that the time within which petitioners are directed to pay the fee is extended to March 13, 2023.
