Per Curiam.

Because the trial court has ruled on the pleadings pending below, the Court dismisses the petition for writ of mandamus as moot. See Colville v. State , 335 So.3d 781 (Fla. 1st DCA 2022), citing Ward v. State , 770 So. 2d 206 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000).
