In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when plaintiff fell on a subway station platform by reason of the alleged presence of a foreign substance thereon, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint on the merits at the close of the plaintiff's case. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
