Before the Court is appellant's April 22, 2022 motion for leave to file an amended brief to address the additional reporter's records that appellee has requested in appellate cause numbers 05-21-00242-CV and 05-21-00373-CV. The 1 record in appellate cause number 05-21-00360-CV is complete and both sides have filed their initial briefs in that appeal. Appellant's reply brief is due on May 10.
In light of the above circumstances, we GRANT appellant's motion ONLY TO THE EXTENT that she may file individual amended briefs in 05-21-00242-CV and 05-21-00373-CV within twenty days after the additional portions of the reporter's record requested by appellee are filed.
Pursuant to this Court's April 25 order, appellee has provided written verification that he has paid for the portions of the reporter's record he requested. Accordingly, we ORDER Antoinette Varela, Official Court Reporter for the 366th Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's records requested by appellee on or before June 6, 2022.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Varela and all parties. 2
