In a stockholders' action, orders respectively (1) vacating the service of summons and complaint upon a foreign corporation not shown to be doing business within the State; (2) denying, without prejudice, plaintiffs' application for a receiver and for other relief; (3) vacating an order permitting service by publication upon the corporation and the service effected thereunder; and (4) denying plaintiffs' motion to be relieved of a stay entered on their own consent, affirmed, with forty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
