Judgment reversed and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the finding that the alleged representation was not made is against the weight of the evidence, and that the learned trial justice should also have passed upon the decided the issue as to the real condition of the house. Findings of fact numbered 3, 4, 5 and 6 reversed. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Putnam, Blackmar and Kelly, JJ., concur.
