Motion for an appeal from the Franklin Circuit Court.

Judgment for $200; the plaintiffs sue for less than $200 each, and the judgment in favor of each plaintiff is less than $200. The two judgments cannot be combined for jurisdictional purposes on appeal.

Strother Kiser, opposed.


Appeal denied; judgment affirmed.
