Divorce — Evidence of Adultery.

In a suit by the husband for divorce on the ground of adultery, held that the evidence did not justify a decree in his favor.

Appeal from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (DENNIS, C.J.).

Bill by Cornelius H.A. Wildman against Edna May Wildman. From a decree for defendant, plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., URNER, ADKINS, OFFUTT, PARKE, and SLOAN, JJ.

Eugene Frederick, with whom were Blades, Rosenfeld Frederick on the brief, for the appellant.
