In the Matter of the Application of Nick Wilder, Petitioner-Appellant, v. Pursuant to Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law, for the Appointmentof a Guardian of the Person and Propertyof Cynthia Wilder, an Alleged Incapacitated Person, Respondent-Respondent.


An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 31, 2018, And petitioner-appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
