ORDER


Before this Court is Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (filed April 4, 2005). Plaintiff has failed to respond to Defendant's motion. Specifically, Plaintiff has failed to offer sufficient evidence demonstrating that Defendant's proffered reasons for Plaintiff's termination were false. Accordingly, Defendant's Motion is GRANTED.

It is so ORDERED.
