On August 29, 2024, petitioners' counsel Joshua A. Burchfield filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel which does not properly comply with Rule 24(c)(1), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel is recharacterized as a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 20, 2024, petitioners and respondent shall file an objection, if any, to the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
