ORDER

On March 26, 2008, this court held a recorded telephonic status conference to address what happens next in light of the remand from the court of appeals. See Wiesmueller v. Kosobucki, 513 F.3d 784 (7th Cir. 2008). Pro se plaintiff (and licensed attorney) Christopher Wiesmueller appeared on his own behalf. Defendants appeared by Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Lattis.

We agreed that a unified briefing schedule was all the calendaring needed at this time. Plaintiff has until April 4, 2008 to supplement his motion. Supplementation may include his nomination of a new class representative, plaintiff's new motion to vacate the court's order of dismissal, as well as any supplementation on the original motion to certify the class. Defendants' unified response must be filed and served by May 12, 2008, with any reply due by May 23, 2008. Depending on the court's ruling on the various issues, the court will schedule another telephonic status conference if necessary to determine any next steps in this court. The parties had no other substantive matters to bring to the court's attention.
