ORDER

PER CURIAM Richard E. Wierzba appeals the order and judgment of the circuit court granting defendants Robert Schmalz's and Lisa Schmalz's motions to dismiss and dismissing all of the claims in his petition with prejudice. An opinion would have no precedential value. We have furnished the parties with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b)(5).
