Susan Lori WIEDENFELD, Appellant v. Charles Alan MARKGRAF, Appellee

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015-CI-12374
Honorable Cathleen M. Stryker, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On July 18, 2016, this court received appellant's brief. The brief violates Rule 38 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in that it does not include a copy of "the trial court's judgment or other appealable order from which relief is sought." See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(l)(A). The brief additionally violates Rule 9.4 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in that it does not contain a certificate of compliance. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.4(i)(3). It is therefore ORDERED that appellant file an amended brief containing a certificate of compliance and a copy of the judgment or appealable order from which relief is sought in compliance with Rules 9.4 and 38.1 no later than thirty days from the date of this order or this appeal will be dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.4, 38.9, 42.3.
