On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is again considered, and it is GRANTED. In addition to the issues raised in the application, the parties are directed to brief the issue whether a living plaintiff can have a cause of action for the loss of her own opportunity to survive.

The stay of proceedings ordered by this Court on October 20, 2000 is CONTINUED until the further order of the Court.
