ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

By order dated April 6, 2017, we abated this case for a hearing to determine why appellant's brief had not been filed. On April 23, 2017, appellant filed a motion to reinstate and to extend time; the following day, he tendered his brief. In the interest of expediting this appeal, we VACATE our April 6, 2017 order.

We GRANT appellant's April 24 motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court and to counsel for all parties.
