On April 18, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Henry J. Whittle, Jr. The Whittles' counsel does not object to the granting of this motion. For the reasons stated in the Commissioner's Motion, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Henry J. Whittle, Jr. is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to Henry J. Whittle, Jr. and so much of the petition as relates to Mr. Whittle is deemed stricken. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is changed to "Linda R. Whittle, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
