ORDER

ALINA I. MARSHALL, JUDGE

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.

On January 12, 2022, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time to complete discovery, requesting therein an additional two weeks to "complete formal, written discovery in this case". On January 13, 2022, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time. In that motion, petitioner requested an additional 60 days to "complete formal, written discovery in this case" as well as requesting a continuance of any trial in this case. On February 14, 2022, respondent filed a response to each of petitioner's motions for extension of time.

On January 13, 2022, respondent filed a motion for summary judgment and a declaration of Kristin M. Bourland in support of motion for summary judgment. On March 2, 2022, petitioner filed a response to motion for summary judgment and a response to declaration of Kristin M. Bourland in support of motion for summary judgment.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for extension of time to complete discovery filed January 12, 2022, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's motion for extension of time filed January 13, 2022, is granted only in that the Court hereby grants a continuance; petitioner's motion for extension of time filed January 13, 2022, is otherwise denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2022, respondent shall file a reply to petitioner's response to respondent's motion for summary judgment filed January 13, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
