ORDER
In the above-styled case, the claimant's attorney moves to consolidate this appeal with the appeal in Lonnie Acuff v. Superior Industries. After considering the claimant's motion and the objections by counsel for the respondents, the Full Commission denies the motion to consolidate appeals.
The Commission does not have in place procedures for claims consolidation. See, Anderson v. J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., Workers' Compensation Commission E706164 E612291 (April 6, 1998), citingBabbitt v. ALCOA, Workers' Compensation Commission E305581 (Feb. 3, 1997). Further, we are charged with conducting a de novo review of the entire record of each separate claim on appeal. Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-704; ITT/Higbie Manufacturing v. Gilliam, 34 Ark. App. 154, 807 S.W.2d 44 (1991).
The Full Commission denies the motion to consolidate appeals. We direct the Clerk of the Commission to return this case to our submission docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
