On March 16, 2023, petitioners filed the Petition in the above-captioned case. Respondent filed an Answer on May 2, 2023.
On July 19, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition and lodged therewith a First Amended Petition. Petitioners state in their Motion that respondent has no objection to the granting thereof.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition is granted, and the First Amended Petition shall be filed as of the date of service of this Order.
