The attorney for the child having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 2, 2013, and August 15, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Emilio Colaiacovo, Esq., dated December 12, 2014,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted and the attorney for the child shall file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before February 17, 2015, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
