APPEAL AND ERROR — Decree Not Adjudicating the Principles of the Cause — Appeal Dismissed — Case at Bar. — In the instant case the decree appealed from did not adjudicate the principles of the cause, and the appeal was dismissed as improvidently awarded.

Appeal dismissed.
