ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT WORLD FINANCIAL NETWORK NATIONAL BANK'S MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT, AND DISMISSING COMPLAINT WITH PREJUDICE

The Court, having reviewed defendant's Motion to Dismiss Complaint With Prejudice (the "Motion") and the supporting memorandum, having determined that plaintiff has not submitted any papers in response to the Motion and that the Motion is, therefore, unopposed, being duly advised in the premises and upon good cause showing, finds that the Motion is well taken and should be granted.

Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS the Motion, and hereby ORDERS that plaintiff's complaint and claims asserted therein against the defendants, including all claims which could have been or which should have been asserted therein, be, and the same are hereby, dismissed with prejudice.
