ORDER

Judge Michael F. Gadola, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The joint motion to extend time to file Appellee's answer to the application is GRANTED. Appellants are directed to file with this Court a copy of the transcript of the hearing on the motion for a preliminary injunction as soon as the transcript becomes available. Within 21 days after the transcript is filed, Appellants may file an amended application for leave to appeal. Appellee may file an answer to the amended application within 21 days after appellants file the amended application. If after reviewing the transcript appellants do not wish to file an amended application, appellants must file written notice advising this Court and Appellee that it does not intend to file an amended application. Within 21 days after such notice is filed, Appellee may file an answer to the original application. No extensions of time will be permitted except by order of the Court.
