IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant Lazer Spot, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss under F.R.C.P. 12(b)(6) is GRANTED, and Plaintiff Bobby D. Whitlock's claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
