Appeal from a decision by the defendant denying the plaintiffs' application for a special use permit to operate a daycare facility in a residential area, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the court, Hadden, J.; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
