ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case was called at the Court's September 19, 2022, St. Louis, Missouri trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. On August 4, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On August 5, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause to petitioner, to which there was no reply. During the trial session on September 19, 2022, a Proposed Stipulated Decision was filed by the parties.

After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed August 4, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, dated August 5, 2022, is discharged.
