Richard T. Morrison, Judge.

On March 31, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment.

This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's May 30, 2023 Tampa, Florida trial session. There were no appearances on or behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. During the recall, counsel for respondent confirmed that the balance due from petitioner has been paid in full. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Motion for Summary Judgment is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the respondent shall, on or before June 29, 2023, file a Motion to Dismiss on the Ground of Mootness indicating that petitioner Essence Whitfield's tax liability at issue in this case has been paid in full. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
