ORDER OF DISMISSAL

By notice dated March 8, 2021, this case was calendared for trial at the New Orleans, Louisiana remote trial session of the Court commencing on June 14, 2021. On June 9, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss On Ground of Mootness. In his motion respondent advised that there was no objection by petitioner.

When this case was called from the trial calendar on June 14, 2021, respondent appeared and was heard. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Accordingly, the Court will grant respondent's above-referenced motion.

After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Dismiss on Ground of Mootness, filed June 9, 2021, is granted and this case is hereby dismissed on the ground of mootness.
