OPINION

On March 4, 2024, Appellant Anthony Whitehurst, proceeding pro se, filed his appellate brief. On March 18, 2024, Appellee Hudson SFR Property Holdings II, LLC filed a Motion to Require Appellant to Rebrief on the ground that "Appellant's brief does not conform to the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure."

Appellee's Motion is denied.

Appellee's brief is due thirty days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b), (d).

It is so ORDERED.
