ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

This is a proper person appeal from a district court post-judgment order awarding attorney fees. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Michelle Leavitt, Judge.

Whether to award attorney fees is within the district court's sound discretion, and a decision to award attorney fees will not be disturbed on appeal absent a manifest abuse of discretion. Edwards v. Emperor's Garden Rest., 122 Nev. 317, 330, 130 P.3d 1280, 1288 (2006). After reviewing the record, including the transcripts, and appellant's civil proper person appeal statements, we conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion in awarding attorney fees against appellant.

Accordingly, we

ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.

The Honorable Robert E. Rose and the Honorable Miriam Shearing, Senior Justices, participated in the decision of this matter under general orders of assignment.
