MATTER OF BRIDGETTE WHITE, PETITIONER-APPELLANT, v. MARK STONE, RESPONDENT-RESPONDENT.


PRESENT:

An order having been entered on June 16, 2017, granting an application by Frederick P. Lester, Esq. for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child, on the appeal taken herein from the order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered July 26, 2016, and assigning Fares A. Rumi, Esq.,

Now, upon the Court's own motion,

It is hereby ORDERED that Sara E. Rook, Esq., 132 Allens Creek Road, Rochester, New York 14618-3310, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and

It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 29, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
