The petition is granted and petitioner shall be allowed a belated appeal from the April 11, 2005, order denying motion for post conviction relief in Duval County Circuit Court case number 16-1992-CF-4672-AXXX-MA. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.

DAVIS, POLSTON, and THOMAS, JJ., concur.
