Opinion

Case No. 3D01-749

Opinion filed November 21, 2001.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Marc Schumacher, Judge. Lower Tribunal No. 97-27541.

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender and Robert Kalter, Assistant Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General and Richard L. Polin, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.

Before GODERICH, GREEN and FLETCHER, JJ.

In this appeal, the revocation of community control is affirmed, as well as the newly imposed sentences; however, the cause is remanded for correction of the order revoking the community control. On remand, the order should be corrected to conform to the trial court's oral pronouncements by striking the reference to the trespass.
