Because petitioner has an adequate alternative legal remedy by way of refiling a petition to expunge, with the Circuit Court for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, that fully complies with the statutory requirements, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). WELLS, PARIENTE, CANDAY, POLSTON, and LABARGA, JJ., concur.
