Driving while intoxicated.

Upon examination of the record in this appeal we find this case to be in all respects analogous to the case of Hughes v. State, Ala.App., 187 So. 505. Therefore upon authority of said case, the judgment of conviction from which this appeal was taken will stand affirmed.
