White v. Nicholson

Supreme Court of North Carolina
Dec 1, 1833
15 N.C. 260 (N.C. 1833)

Opinion

(December Term, 1833.)

Iredell for the plaintiff.

Badger for the defendant.

— As the statement of these two cases in the record represents that the same evidence and instructions of the Court were given in these as in White v. White, ante 257, there must be a new trial in these cases for the reasons upon which it was granted in the other.
