White v. McNeil

Supreme Court of Florida
Jan 25, 2011
54 So. 3d 490 (Fla. 2011)

Opinion

Case No. SC10-2155.

January 25, 2011.

Lower Tribunal No(s). 2D09-1495, 01-017530-CFAES.

Petitioner has submitted a petition for writ of habeas corpus, which this Court has treated as a petition for writ of mandamus. Because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000).

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
