The trial judge found that this case was controlled by the opinion in Kokotoff v. Higman, Fla.App. 1958, 101 So.2d 166, and directed a verdict for the defendant. We have reviewed the facts presented by the plaintiff in the light of the arguments and hold that no error has been demonstrated.

Affirmed.
