In Re: Roland Alexis White, II, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 629364.

BEFORE: KUHN, PETTIGREW AND WELCH, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. According to the Office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish, on March 27, 2014, relator filed a pleading in the 19th Judicial District Court, seeking mandamus relief with regard to his request for the reinstatement of his parole by the Probation and Parole Division of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections. There has been no further activity in the district court since service was made on the Office of Probation and Parole on August 1, 2014. Accordingly, the district court is instructed to proceed toward disposition of relator's pleading.
