JASON WHITE, [1] Respondent Below, Appellant, v. MORGAN GREEN, Petitioner Below, Appellee.

Submitted: April 22, 2024

Court Below-Family Court of the State of Delaware File No. CN23-04552 Petition No. 23-20219

ORDER

Gary F. Traynor, Justice.

On April 4, 2024, the Chief Deputy Clerk issued a notice, sent by certified mail, directing the appellant, Jason White, to show cause why his appeal should not be dismissed for his failure to pay the Supreme Court filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. White received the notice on April 9, 2024. A timely response to the notice to show cause was due on or before April 19, 2024. To date, White has not filed a completed motion to proceed in forma pauperis, paid the Supreme Court filing fee, or responded to the notice to show cause. Dismissal of this action is therefore deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, under Supreme Court Rules 3(b)(2) and 29(b), that the appeal be DISMISSED.
