ORDER

Petitioner Shawn Michael White, via pro bono counsel, seeks a writ of supervisory control to reverse the determination of the Great Falls Municipal Court not to appoint counsel for White in his pending criminal matter in its Cause No. TK-2021-3983.

Having reviewed the Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to obtain a summary response. However, we note that while White referred to the pertinent portions of the Municipal Court record as being attached exhibits, no exhibits were filed with the Clerk of this Court. Pursuant to M. R. App. P. 14(5)(b)(iv). White must file the pertinent documents for this matter to proceed.

In accordance with M. R. App. P. 14(7), IT IS ORDERED that While shall submit the portions of the Municipal Court record necessary to comply with M. R. App. P. 14(5)(b)(iv) within 10 days of the date of this Order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Great Falls Municipal Court and the State of Montana, or both, are each granted 30 days from the date of this Order, to prepare, file, and serve a response to the petition for writ of supervisory control.

The Clerk is directed to provide immediate notice of this Order to counsel for Petitioner, all counsel of record in the Great Falls Municipal Court Cause No. TK-2021-3983, the Honorable Ashley Wilkinson, and the Honorable Steve Bolstad.
