ADOPTION, § 5 — when decree of adoption will not be vacated. On writ of error to review judgment order which overruled motion to vacate decree of adoption, where petitioner contended that her child was forcibly taken from her without her consent and that she had no notice or knowledge of adoption proceedings, and respondents introduced exhibit in petitioner's handwriting, which was with child's clothes at time she was taken away, in which petitioner stated she was giving up child and gave instructions for her care, held that evidence showed that petitioner voluntarily gave up child and judgment order should be affirmed.
