This case was continued from the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On March 22, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating the Commissioner is currently in the process of reviewing all the documents submitted by petitioner Chad B. White. We will give the parties additional time to continue working on settling this case. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 7, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
