ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was continued from the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On January 18, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that petitioner Chad B. White is working on providing executed tax returns for tax years 2012 and 2013 by close of business January 19, 2022. Once respondent has obtained those returns and documentation, a revenue agent will be enlisted to review the documents. We will give the parties additional time to continue working on settling this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 21, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
