This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing Monday, January 31, 2022, for cases in which Birmingham, Alabama, is listed as the place of trial.

On December 30, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene and lodged the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene. Respondent represents that petitioner has no objection to the granting of respondent's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File out of Time Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene filed December 30, 2021, is granted and the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene lodged December 30, 2021, shall be filed as of the date of service of this Order.
