This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 13, 2021. The parties appeared and were heard. On December 13, 2021, the parties filed a First Supplemental Stipulation of Facts with the Court. Respondent requested time to draft and review with petitioner a Motion to Submit Under Tax Court Rule 122. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case remains assigned to this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 11, 2022, the parties shall file a Motion to Submit Under Tax Court Rule 122 or a status report.
