By Order served October 4, 2024, the Court directed respondent to file either a response to petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, filed September 27, 2024, or, together with petitioner, a stipulated decision resolving this case. On October 31, 2024, respondent filed a response to the Court's Order, therein requesting an additional 60 days in which to comply with the Court's Order.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Response, filed October 31, 2024, at Docket Index No. 10, is recharacterized as respondent's Motion for Extension of Time. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's just-mentioned Motion for Extension of Time is granted, and the time in which respondent shall file either a response to petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision or a stipulated decision is extended to December 31, 2024.
